When you publish a new post (article, write) on your Wordpress blog, it will automatically notify all known services that are in his "List Update Services".
By default, this list is empty.

Yandex I put in the first place. All the rest are arranged in alphabetical order.
Log in to your admin panel wordpress -> Settings (Options) -> Writing. Below the "Update Services". Copy this list and replaces the old (if any). Update settings. Done!

When Yandex opened Top Blogs runet, it became clear that the standard ping.module gives only a general ping for the whole blog. To participate in the same rank Yandex need ping the renewed only on a particular article.
